Mrs. Byrne
Welcome! My name is Mrs. Byrne. I began my teaching career in 2009, and I transferred to Bradley Central Middle School in 2022.
I teach our 8th grade class Life Science here at BC. My goal is to make every student ask questions, make claims, support their claims with evidence, and above all else... ALWAYS STAY CURIOUS! Science is so much more than another reading class. Students learn to become confident communicators and critical thinkers.
I am a wife, daughter, sister, and most importantly, a mother of three amazing boys. When I am not teaching, I enjoy supporting, encouraging, and cheering them on at their respected sporting events. As a former athlete, I enjoy just about any sport. I played basketball, softball, volleyball, and golf throughout my high school career. Therefore, physical fitness is very important to me. I also enjoy gardening, traveling, and photography.
